Edge Landscaping Inc. headquartered in Wilmington, NC is seeking an experienced Landscape Installation Field Supervisor. This position will manage new residential and commercial landscape projects. We are looking for a quality individual to join our team. Job Functions: Manage 3-4 installation crews in the field to ensure timely and quality completion of projects Act as company representative while onsite and ensure we always give our customers professional service Oversee maintenance of equipment and notify supervisor of needed repairs Following up with projects completed to ensure health and quality of all work Manage and enforce established company policies and procedures Utilize online management software to track job progress in the field Keep record of purchases and turn in receipts to management daily Ensure all work, travel and equipment use is done safely at all times Requirements: 8-10 years' experience, preferably in a leadership position Requires expertise installing all plant types and irrigation installation/repair Can read and utilize landscape plans to complete a project Valid driver's license with clean driving record Full time availability, year round General knowledge of landscape construction and maintenance Excellent communication skills and professionalism Proficient heavy equipment operating skills Plant professional with knowledge of area plants and performance Bilingual English/Spanish is a major plus Benefits Include: Weekly payroll with possible overtime year round 6 paid holidays after 90 days of employment Year end bonus program Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision, Short term disability and life insurance offered 401K Pay will range from $19-$22 an hour based on experience.
