Need to rehome my cat asap for her well being

I have a 4-5 yr old small female cat. She is super sweet loves attention, gets along fine with kids, dogs, and other cats. The reason why Im needing to rehome is she constantly keeps a runny stuffy nose and I feel terrible for her. I have had her on antibiotics and they work but as soon as they run out she is right back stuffy and snotty. Ive also tried a couple different things off amazon with no luck. Ive had no problems with her otherwise but I'm just beyond my means financially wise to dig deeper into what the problem may be. Would really love someone to get her that can properly financially help her. She is such a sweet cat and really deserves it.
