We are currently looking for self-motivated individuals at both entry level and experienced positions. Candidates must be willing to learn new methods, adapt to our techniques, and learn to work with new products in an ever-changing industry. Team chemistry and teamwork are priorities at Stevens Contracting, Inc. Responsibilities include: -Working with others as a team -Following directions and requirements of the job -Being adaptive to conditions and change orders -Being on time and able to work an 8-hour day and 40-hour week -A professional physical appearance and attitude -Able to work in all weather conditions Skills required: -Experience as a carpenter or similar trade -Skilled use of power tools (i.e., circular saw, sawzall, nail gun, drill and many other rough in tools -Ability to safely work on ladders, scaffolding, and other methods that may involve working with heights -Ability to work a physical job -Ability to lift heavy materials and objects -Having reliable transportation and driver’s license -The ability to learn new skills in an ever-changing industry - Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour for Carpenters Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour for Labors and Carpenter apprentices Schedule: • 8-hour shift Application Question(s): • Are you able to work safely on ladders and with heights?
