Description GameChanger uses entrepreneurial techniques to help companies find, build, and test breakthrough innovations. We are looking for individuals to fill temporary positions supporting our Retail Lab service. The Retail Lab tests new products in retail stores to provide our clients with shopper purchase behavior and to test various marketing tactics. GameChanger will provide training prior to Retail Lab set-up and will interact with the Merchandiser on a weekly/as needed basis during the test execution. The Merchandiser – Retail Test Field Support position will assist in setting up the test products in stores, restocking stores, ensuring test conditions are maintained, reporting observations, and assisting with test end. This project will have 12 stores across the metro Boston area and will last 5 - 6 weeks; is targeted to start immediately and end November 1, 2021. The position is expected to require about 30-40 hours per week, with flexible hours 7AM - 5 PM, Monday – Friday, with some potential weekend work. Compensation will be hourly at $25-$30 (depending on experience), mileage will be compensated at the standard IRS rate, and there is a Potential Completion Bonus of up to $250 (dependent on work).
