We are looking for a woman weekend respite caregiver for our 10 year old daughter to provide care from Friday evenings through Sunday evenings on weekends. Please contact us: 1. You have experience with foster care or children with trauma backgrounds 2. You have space in your heart and home for overnight, weekend stays. We would like our daughter to stay with you on weekends. 3. You have no other young children in the home 4. You would enjoy the company of a child who shadows you during waking hours. We hope that our daughter would be able to accompany you through your weekend routines (watching tv, going to the store, etc.). We could arrange activities for her or not, as is your preference. 4. You would like to have a long-term relationship with a child in which you are a central mentor. 5. You are willing to undergo a background check. This position would offer $100 per weekend for miscellaneous expenses.
