We are looking for a MELLOW, friendly, positive, non political drummer for a long term band. We play echo and the bunnymen, kinks, who, cars, psychedelic furs. Oasis. Dramarama, clash, simple minds. Pixies, posies...25 songs. We play every other Sunday. I have a drum set here and a rehearsal room. We are all in our early 50s and are thinking maybe 3 song open mics as a short term goal. The person we want is someone that likes and listens to this kind of music!! We do have a few beers at practice....nothing more. Guys that played a lot in their younger years but miss playing are good candidates. Being someone we would actually hang out with is more important than ability. Fun group. Comfortable situation.
