Details will be explained in your interview. Experienced Amazon DSP, FedEx, UPS, or commercial delivery drivers, depending on your experience- you will earn a base pay up to $20.25 / hour. If you are new to Amazon, you may qualify for a $3000 retention bonus. First-time driver associates start at $19.50 / hour for your 30-day probationary period while you learn the job. If this all sounds good, we ask a few things of you. Must be 21 years of age or older. Successfully pass pre-employment screening and drug test (THC is okay) Must possess a positive, “can-do” customer-first attitude. Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record (no at-fault accidents). 100 % Reliable: Report to Work on Time, Every Day. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and willing to work in all types of weather. The Details: Start time: 10:30 a.m. End time: typically, 8:30 pm or sooner Schedule: 10-hour shifts, Full time = 4 days/week. Overtime after 40 clocked hours (time and a half).
