need a vet or vet tech

Reggie is his name and I've had him since March. I really need a vet that isn't going to kill me with charges his ears and back feet have a infection i think. He's miserable and i can't find any help. I know there's grants and things but most of them only vet can apply for and the money isn't there instantly i can pay for it just not all at once. Someone please help him. He's 5 years old and a wonderful dog. I didn't go out and get a puppy or even plan on him he was going to go to the pound and i couldn't stand the thought i know how older big dogs have a low adoption rate.... I don't know what else to do or who to call.... I have gold and cash someone please help him. If any advice please text me thank you
