Lycamobile is currently seeking a Graphic Designer for immediate hire in our Newark, NJ office. A Graphic Designer will be ready to develop their existing skills by working with experienced creative staff on a range of ambitious and innovative projects. Responsible for helping to drive the creative direction of campaigns, an understanding of typography, layout, animation and art direction will be needed to help produce the best work possible. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Specific details of the Graphic Designer’s role will vary, but common activities will include: • Offering creative input and sharing ideas • Producing attractive and effective designs across all media • Communicating with senior team members to receive feedback • Supporting the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: • High school diploma or GED, required. Some college preferred. • Excellent team-player • Experience in working in a fast-moving common good environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • A determination to achieve and succeed • Some creative industry experience is a plus • Adeptness with leading design software packages • The ability to meet deadlines in a high pressure environment • The ability to see projects through from inception to production • Consistency regardless of project size • The motivation to maintain and improve design standards • The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve Lycatel LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
