Candidates will be working at water/fire damaged properties.Job Requirements/Duties:Candidates must possess the following to be considered for this position: Reliable transportation to get to shop every day **client will transport them to worksites** 2-4 years of construction experienceWill be doing demo, renovations, and new construction Will be doing cleanup, trash removal, and drywall tear down This is a very dirty hard-working jobMust be physically capable of standing for duration of shift and lifting 50 pounds consistentlyMust be able to work independently with no supervisionMust have positive attitude and have the ability to work within a teamPhysical Demands- Ability to lift over 50 lbs, squat, bend, twist, kneel, and stand for duration of shift
