Jiffy Lube of Silver Spring is now hiring Assistant Managers, Auto Technicians, and Customer Service Advisors. All positions require strong people skills with customer service experience. Must be energetic and able to work in a fast pace team environment. We are a 10 service bay full repair facility offering a full line of preventive maintenance services, as well as brake repair, tires, alignments, timing belts, and all repairs. All applicants must be able to use a computer and have a strong desire and ability to communicate with customers, as well as other team members. Duties include but are not limited to interacting with customers to review and educate them of their vehicle maintenance needs, inspecting vehicles, changing parts and fluids, and cleaning and stocking facilities. Must be able to work in a physical environment of lifting and bending, and in an outside environment that gets cold and hot with the seasons. Assistant Managers must have management experience, and strong communication and organizational skills. Managers must be motivated and able to lead and motivate others.
