PuroClean of Reston is hiring! We are looking to add Technicians to our growing company! Job Duties: - A resource on-site clients who have experienced water, sewage, mold, fire, smoke - Accurate and timely setup and operation of drying and extracting equipment. - Effectively handles specialized tasks related to cleaning. - Builds containment barriers and monitors appropriate air levels during mold remediation events. - Accurately completes and turns in all necessary job paperwork and photos on time - Based upon day-to-day job assignments and company business needs you will support other areas of the business - Accurately utilizes and consistently wears company-supplied Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure safety of oneself, fellow team members, and customers always. - Participates in after hours on-call rotation. - Other duties, as assigned. Skills Needed: - Willingness to work nights/weekends on a rotating on-call basis required. - Ability to work independently on a 3-5 person team. - Experience with floor scrubbing machines, extractors, drying equipment such as fans and dehumidifiers a plus - Must be able to perform manual labor, lifting to 50 lbs. or more continuously. - Ability to follow all jobsite safety requirements. - Customer service mindset. - Clear communication skills. - Must be a team player. - High attention to detail. - Neat and clean appearance at all times. - Flexibility to support all divisions within the company. - Will be Trained and Certified by Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC) as a Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) - Flexibility to work a variety of scheduled hours. - Must possess Reliable Transportation and a Valid Driver’s License. - Must be able to pass a criminal background check including drug screen.
