Now that's funny. Only the deadbeats choose living in a city to living in the county. They found that in the cities, they don't have to travel far to get welfare benefits, a clinic is nearby to take care of their std's, there are drug dealers on every corner and crimes are overlooked. Those wonderful cities where the average education is equivalent to a third grader in a rural school. Where 82% of the population have no job and 65% have never held a tax paying job. Believe it or not most of the rural population sees the loss of trash to the cities as a plus. It allows the rural schools to actually teach the children instead of being nothing more than wardens similar to a prison and crime is reduced by the percentage of those who leave to go to the cities.
