THE IDEAL CANDIDATE : Will have excellent attention to detail and takes great pride in the quality of their work. Has knowledge of proper safety precautions. Must have a passion for customer service and the ability to be self-motivated and work alone.
Will be responsible for turning units in a timely manner, painting,handeling resdient work orders etc
General grounds keeping duties including but not limited to:
Maintenance and upkeep of all outside areas, Daily Pet waste clean-up, cutting and weeding vegetation, clean parking areas, sidewalks, curbs, empty outside trash containers.
This is a newly constructed 204-unit property with a large grounds area- snow removal in the winter months will be a requirement.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS for consideration: High School diploma or equivalent, The ability to pass a full background check. Duties may require handling and lifting heavy weights and equipment up to one hundred (100) pounds.
