Description
Small remodel jobs, light frame, drywall hang, patch, paint and trim.
Work will include everything from masking, setup, moving in and out ladders and scaffold as needed, assisting owner, cleanup, meeting deliveries and subcontractors, making purchases to buy and stock with company card.
You will need to have some experience and willing to learn more as we go forward.
Lived in homes so prefer someone respectful and presentable.
You'll need a vehicle; prefer it to be a truck.
Position requires you to fill out a 1099 so as to be above board with my accountant.
40 hours most weeks.
Right person will be given responsibilites to meet with my clients, material deliveries and make purchases.
Weekly company check is our pay method.
