Duties and Responsibilities. Lawn maintenance workers work within a team setting. Each team has a supervisor who will train new employees on how to use commercial mowers and other lawn maintenance equipment to meet Maple Leaf standards of lawn care. Because of the team setting employees must be on time. Minimum Qualifications: Experience working in the field results in higher starting pay. Persons must be physically capable of doing eight to ten hours of manual labor per day. Must have a valid drivers license. Job responsibilities include mowing residential and commercial properties in the Madison/Verona area. Snow removal positions available during the winter months. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
