We are looking for a Warehouse Specialist to join our growing team! As the Warehouse Specialist, you are responsible for carrying out the logistics of receiving, processing, storing and inventory according to purchase orders and shipping schedules. Duties include loading orders onto trucks and shipping containers, organizing incoming stock and working in inventory management systems. In this role, you will: Perform all tasks related to shipping and receiving. Issue purchase orders for replacement stock and service materials. Demonstrated ability to do cycle counting, pull orders, and manage inventory. Order materials for customer jobs and in-house inventory. Consistent maintenance, cleaning and organization of the warehouse. Parts delivery to jobs and Technicians, as needed. We’re looking for someone with the following: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at one time in an efficient and timely manner. Working knowledge in logistics, inventory management and data entry systems. Working knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Strong communication (written/verbal), organizational, time management, mathematical skills and attention-to-detail. Problem-solving skills and continuous process-improvement mindset geared towards overcoming inventory challenges and improving the overall efficiency of the warehouse processes. Dependable, reliable and able to work independently and within a team. Positive attitude with good work ethic. Understand and adheres to all safety requirements related to a warehouse environment. Requirements: A minimum of one year warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving and inventory experience. Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. Physical Demands & Working Conditions: Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds. Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Occasionally required to sit, climb ladders or balance. Not a climate-controlled environment; temperatures will fluctuate; dusty.
