New Rock n Roll Band looking for rehearsal space, willing to rent room, garage, small building, attic, whatever as long as it has electricity and security, and we would be interested in fixing it up while there and when we get a record deal, you will be the one person we will look out for in a great and generous way, under contract of course… Hopefully there’s a landlord or building owner that as an empty anything, that would rather have someone there bringing revenue than having it sit there being an expense.. we’re here to help each other… won’t need it for only a couple month through the winter and by the time doing time comes we should be on tour..we’re all honest, hard working, guys that believe in helping, and being kind to others, not the parting type, more interested in business and working on our careers and future.. be safe and hope to hear from you… James
