Description
Monday thru Thursday, 8-4. Work for a private residence in Haverford, PA performing landscaping and maintenance including blowing and hauling leaves, trimming, misc. yard work, planting, digging, weeding, insect and pest control, pool maintenance, power washing, cleaning, sanding and a lot of painting and prep. Lots of small projects to keep you busy. Job is until December 15th, but there may be an opportunity for interior painting and int/ext maintenance during winter.
You must have a current and valid driver's license and your own insured vehicle. No smokers. Hours are somewhat flexible, but should be routine. Minimum of 32 hours per week is required. You must provide evidence of COVID-19 vaccination.
A complete and thorough background check will be completed. 1/2 hour paid lunch break daily.
You must have experience in landscaping using trimmers, blowers and power equipment, have strong organizational skills, be self-managed and detail-oriented. Painting and/or carpentry experience is a plus.
Mature students and recent grads welcome. No smoking and must be dog friendly.
