CannaBudzz is a start-up company that is helping individuals clear their records of eligible marijuana offenses under Arizona’s proposition 207. In addition, we are creating a pool or cooperative to apply for Arizona marijuana establishment licenses under Arizona’s “social equity” program. We are looking for social equity members to join our group. Under Proposition 207, the Arizona Department of Health Marijuana Division is required to develop “a social equity ownership program.” Under the program, individuals with low level marijuana arrests or convictions are eligible for expungement of their arrest or conviction record. If they meet certain other criteria, they are also able to apply for a marijuana business license
