Small dog free to good home

I found this dog running around on the streets 2 weeks ago. He was in bad shape. After getting him healthy I need to get him a good home because no has claimed him. I can’t keep him because I already have a small dog and it’s apartments. He’s friendly but prefers adults and older children. Not house broken but I’m sure he can learn. He looks about a year old. Rat terrier mix I think. Please only take him if you can care for him. I’ve done what I can and I’m sad to let him go.
