We purchased this she shed and finished it out. Full insulated Heat/Ac. It’s in great condition and was finished this past spring. We have decided to do some traveling and are pretty much going to sell everything and down size. It Started off as my grooming shop before it ended up being the over flow area for my puppies.So it could be whatever you would like it to be. Amps are high enough to run dryers, heating pads, oxygen concentrators etc. You will not find a tiny house as nice as this for what I’m asking for - Serious Inquires and U can send you walk thru videos. You will responsible for moving it etc- it is 12 x 28 and will need to go on a trailer/ roll back etc that can move it. Located in BAXLEY Ga
