Male Pet Rat in Search of Rat-Loving Home

We have a sweet little male rat that needs a home. He knows his name, likes being with people and can even open his cage at the time he knows he eats dinner! He is a little shy and not aggressive. I am allergic to him (get asthma and hives) so I’d rather him be with someone who can hold him and give him more attention. Hoping to find someone with previous rat experience.
