If you're a beginner who wants to learn how to have fun and enjoy playing drums on your own kit, I'd be glad to help. We will begin by making sure your drums are tuned properly and set up so that you're comfortable. After that, I will guide you so that you can accomplish your goals such as learning how to play certain songs you like, or gaining more control of your hands and feet so you can keep better time. Lessons are for one hour minimum and my rate will vary depending on how far I'd have to travel to get to where you're located. I'm based in Pomona just off the 10 freeway. No reading, practice pads or rudiments, except a couple of essential ones that you're probably already using without even knowing it (single strokes, double strokes, flams and ruffs). I'm fully vaccinated and I'm only accepting vaccinated students. I prefer to teach adults, but am willing to take students who are at least 12 years old. Masks required.
