RLL is a statewide FL vendor based out of Orlando area. We service bank-owned properties, city-owned properties and investor-owned properties. We primarily provide initial secure work orders, recurring lawns/maid services, general property repairs such as roof repair/replace, window boarding or reglazing, Winterizations, etc.....We have been in business since 2008 and rarely onboard additional contractors but our client has asked us specifically to open up additional operations in FL southern east coast and surrounding so we currently have an opening. At RLL, we handle all work order processing, all bids, all invoicing, etc....We operate as a full back end office for our contractor network and handle all client relationships and communication. This is a contract relationship so we only seek qualified business owners that are equipped with full landscape equipment, air compressor (knowledge on how to complete winterizations), truck, trailer, smart phone, etc....Must pass a background check and have the resources to work with a net 30 pay arrangement. Most of our contractors have been with RLL for over 6 years with several being with us since our founding. We have a very stable postion in the market and are extremely loyal to our contractor network.
