The following items need repair/replacement *Fix broken/leaky lawn sprinkler *Replace swamp cooler pads in unit 1 and 4 *Replace wax ring on toilet in unit 1 *Fix cold water coming out of the shower in unit 1 Must have own tools, transportation and must be able to receive payment by venmo or Zelle for labor and materials.
