BIO Janitorial Service is currently looking for a Janitor in the City of Yuma. DUTIES • Performs work according to standard procedure and by building's operational schedule. • Perform all custodial functions in assigned work area. • Comply with all cleaning procedures as trained. • Comply with all safety procedures as trained. • Ensure that all equipment and carts are properly maintained and cleaned. • Must be able to be at work ON TIME. • Must be able to stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods of time. • Vacuuming, sweeping, scrubbing, dusting, washing, and mopping of assigned areas. • Restock supplies. • Empty trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as needed. • Maintain janitorial equipment and areas in a clean, safe, organized and operable condition. • Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned.
