Rehoming Czech German Shepherd puppy

We have a 10 week old purebred Czech German Shepherd named Trixie that we are rehoming. We bought her to serve as an ESA however recently began fostering my half siblings so our 2 bedroom apartment now has 7 people. Its too chaotic and cramped for Trixie to live her best life, shes been very anxious, aggressive and acting out because of all the constant noise. Since taking in 2 more kids to care for we cant afford upcoming vet bills etc. We are asking a $350 rehoming fee, she comes with a sizeable crate, toys food and the like. She can be a very sweet dog but would benefit from obedience school for sure.
