About a year or so ago a thieving junkie Shye Nelson from Oregon City stole a watch from some innocent persons backpack at the river. If you have lost a watch at riverside or know someone complaining about their watch being stolen you can contact the Oregon City Police Dept. The watch has been turned over and is now Lost Property.
