Blue adult quaker parrot with cage. Not sure how old he (maybe she) is. Got him about a year ago from someone who didn't know age or gender. Told me as far as he knew he was 2 years old and a male. He would be about 3 now if information given was correct. His name is Soapy and he loves to sing in the morning. He loves attention and I'm at school and work all day so I'm not able to give him what he needs. Asking $300 rehoming with cage.
