Do you have 3 or more years of experience as a professional organizer and are ready for a new challenge? We are looking for a passionate professional organizer to lead and execute our client projects and our organizer assistants. For years, Organize by Sophia has been transforming the lives of busy individuals and families using meticulous, collaborative, and mindful decluttering, staging and organizing skills. Now, our client needs are expanding and we need additional experienced organizers to execute client sessions that Sophia isn’t able to attend. Are you the one that will lead our next wave of client projects? This role requires you to have a passion for professional organizing and have experience with large volume decluttering, packing, unpacking and organizing jobs. We are looking for someone to work 8-24 hours a week depending on the business needs. Job Requirements • Must be familiar enough with technology to complete the video cover letter and case study required to apply to this position • Draft project estimates based on training provided by Sophia and past experience. • Detailed product research to determine what storage solution items to recommend to clients to transform their home • Clear proof of natural organizing skills - this must be displayed through your work. We are not looking for anyone that has never done this before • Portfolio of at least 5 or more medium to large sized decluttering and organizing jobs showing clear before and after photos • Must have a strong work ethic - should not be opposed to or uninterested in working long hours • Ability to communicate client needs to Sophia and write clear text messages and/or emails when necessary • Ability to learn quickly and not rebuttal feedback. We move quite fast on our client sessions so it’s important that you are able to make decisions quickly and effectively with the client and the OBS standard in mind always • Ability to put client needs first rather than your own • Must be solutions driven. If your assistants are not sure what to do about something, your first thought should be “let me encourage the assistants to come up with creative solutions to solve this issue.” • We are not looking for individuals who are ok with saying “this is not possible” to the team or our clients. We only say that something is not possible when we have exhausted all potential solutions. To apply to this position you will be required to complete a video cover letter and a case study.
