It is a four-day quest into the recovery of the masculine soul. *Basecamp starts at 6:30pm Thursday evening, so you could still work all day if you needed; and it’s done by noon on Sunday, so you will be home to eat a late lunch with your family! True North Basecamp is more than a retreat—it is an expedition of the heart. You will never be the same! *Spouses and/or significant others are not allowed to attend True North Ministries (TNM) overnight sponsored events together. All TNM overnight events are designed for an individual experience to hear from God. *All True North Ministries sponsored events, including but not limited to: Basecamp, The Ascent, The Rock, Beast Feast, True Change Gala, etc., are to be drug-free environments. This includes but is not limited to: all illegal substances, legal substances including alcohol and all forms of marijuana (legally prescribed or otherwise) or any additional substance deemed unacceptable by the staff of True North Ministries. What is True North Ministries’ vision? TrueNorth Ministries orients men to WALK with God, ENGAGE the larger story, and LIVE free… What is TNM’s mission? To create eviroments, where men can hear from God.Men need to be better: better husbands, better fathers, better men. We will facilitate the sharing of experiences to promote a deeper, more fulfilling life that can only be found in Jesus Christ – the ultimate man. 
What does TNM believe? We believe our model of masculinity is Jesus, who is at the same time tender and aggressive. We believe that awakening a man’s desires to live as God made them to be is the first step in revolutionizing families. We believe written on the heart of every boy is a desire to be a hero, to be a warrior, to live a life of adventure and risk and that this desire grows as a boy becomes a man. We believe most men abandon those desires, at times aided by contemporary Christian churches, which have created environments where the aspiration is to be nothing more than “a nice guy,” leaving men passive and bored. We believe a man’s true identity is not found in work, his personality, or who the world says he is, but is ONLY found in what Jesus says he is. 
Who is True North Ministries? We are passionate, genuine men desiring to encourage and challenge men in their spiritual journey. We are not tied to any particular church or denomination, as we are focused on equipping any man who is engaged in the larger battle. We are a group of men brought together in 2011 with a vision of affecting men’s relationships with their Creator, their friends, their wives, and their children. We are an independent 501(c)(3) organization and we exist to serve the local “C”hurch and their men. Who is Changed? Changed Women’s Ministry is a non-profit organization comprised of women who are passionate about encouraging women to find identity in Christ while embracing forgiveness, purpose, and freedom. Through our Spring and Fall Retreats, women from all stages of life have the opportunity to step away from their daily demands and press in closer to Jesus. We use live teaching sessions, worship music, and guided periods of reflection and journaling to help women connect with God and begin to see themselves as He sees them—beautiful, chosen, and irreplaceable.
