In Person: Tunes and Togetherness Pumpkin Party with Seniors

Children will make music and create pumpkin art to brighten the days of residents at Stygler Commons. Who this in person service event is for: Ages 2-12. Siblings outside of this range are welcome to attend but may find the event less meaningful. Adult caregivers are required to accompany child participants. Please see COVID-19 protocols below to determine if this event is appropriate for your littlest ones. What you'll be doing: Children and families will sit on blankets outside the senior center while Joanie Calem, an experienced folk singer/songwriter will lead families in making music to brighten the days of residents at Stygler Commons. Afterwards, children will create seasonal pumpkin crafts for the residents and decorate the sidewalks with cheerful chalk messages. COVID-19 Protocol for In Person Events: Masks will be required at this event regardless of vaccination status. Please review our COVID-19 Protocol for In Person Programming before registering for this event. Specific Instructions: Families should bring masks and a blanket to sit on. Supplies for the craft will be provided.
