Looking for an enthusiastic hard worker to fill in a long term, full time roll for a building management company. Having building maintenance knowledge would be a great advantage. We are based in Brooklyn but also cover buildings in the Bronx and Manhattan. Must have: -Drivers license -Good communication skills -Have a good balance of physical strength and problem solving ability. Starting rate $600-$1000 per week.
