We are a Manhattan-based commercial building maintenance company which specializes in healthcare facility cleaning. THE JOB OPPORTUNITY -- Our client is a major NY healthcare provider with a nationally recognized organ transplant program. It provides a limited number of "home-style" accommodations in a residential setting at a subsidized rate for patients and family during treatment. Due to patient risk to infection, the accommodations are maintained at a hospital standard of sanitation and order. We seek an individual to provide HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES to this facility. • Thoroughly cleaning the facility and keeping it tidy – 10 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 common rooms. Making beds, putting out linens etc. • Laundry and ironing for the bedroom and bathroom linens. • Daily cleaning of bathrooms and common areas. • You are an employee of our company but take day-to-day instructions from the residence manager. This is a daytime job in the Upper East Side of Manhattan, starting at 10:00 a.m. for a 40 hour work week. Do you have these qualifications? • COVID-19 VACCINATIONS to mitigate your bringing the virus into the facility. • Experience in hotel or hospital housekeeping a plus. • Your own cell phone • Ability to communicate in English • Proper documentation • Responsible, organized and neat • References and resume are desirable.
