The Elkridge Furnace Inn is hosting a 5 course meal dedicated to the mushroom. Foraging for wild mushrooms has become extremely popular to those who prefer to source their own produce sustainably. Chefs Jared and Dan utilize their mushroom house for many of the items on the menu, but this dinner highlights some of the wild varieties that can be found locally.
