Resource Options is currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join a well-known Developer in the Boston area. Qualified candidates will have experience within commercial office buildings, basic MEP (mechanical, electrical & plumbing) knowledge, carpentry skills, effective communication, and strong technical skills. A minimum of 2+ years experience is required, a valid driver's license and High School diploma preferred. Competitive compensation and benefits package available.
