JOB DESCRIPTION Looking for candidates with a positive and motivated attitude who have experience in parts/warehouse. The candidate will be responsible for verifying inventory, creating organizing systems for the warehouse, shipping & receiving, and light office duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, include but are not limited to: • Knowledgeable in shipping and handling of various spare components—familiar with packing commercial/best practices on a wide array of materials. • Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify accuracy of information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, and or other records. • Receiving shipments and enter parts in our inventory • Knowledge in preparing and receiving international shipments • Possess the ability to perform periodic inspections and warehouse inventories. • Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes • Loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat • Receive parts into the computer system and restock inventory • Palletize various parts, pieces, and products • Assist with parts lookup, needs, and pricing • Professional demeanor and positive customer service attitude • Maintain and organize warehouse • Accepts additional responsibilities as requested. • Must have basic computer skill including Microsoft Excel and shipping websites.
