Comedian Vinnie Montez takes to the SteamPlant Theater stage! Colorado native and 20 year police veteran Vinnie Montez takes to the SteamPlant Theater stage with his unique brand of humor that stems from his experiences as a cop and his Mexican heritage. Vinnie says he got into comedy as a means of addressing the stress and trauma of dealing with horrible situations. In 2018 Vinnie was inducted as an official member of Humanizing the Badge (HTB), an organization on a mission to help forge stronger relationships between law enforcement officers and the communities they serve. Also in the bill is comedian Mike Hammock. This comic out of Denver, Colorado combines edgy humor with a good natured broad appeal that’s earned him Colorado’s top spot as Comedy Works’ 2018 New Faces Contest Winner.
