Full Moon Spirit Circle with Tri-City NY Paranormal Society Full Moon Séance/Spirit Circle with Tri-City NY Paranormal Society . Seats are limited and reservations are required. Special guest Gary Robusto founder and experienced paranormal investigator of Tri-City NY Paranormal Society. The circle will be conducted by a Certified Medium . While this will be a traditional séance, we will also have paranormal investigation tools on hand and recording for electronic voice phenomena. This circle is also an psychic and mediumship development workshop event. The Dr. Best House and Medical Exhibit is a spirit active location. Due to the nature of the event and the close proximity of attendees, ALL attendees must wear a mask or face covering and sign a liability waiver.
