Need Car to Pass Inspection

Here’s the deal..I brought my car into an auto shop thinking I can squeeze in (which they let me) and realized 3 studs on my wheel bearings were jacked up (2 on one side and 1 on the other- both front wheels) so they didn’t do my inspection just gave me some suggestions on how to fix it and the parts I need if I wanna replace both wheel bearings all together. They gave me an estimate and honestly felt a little too high for my car. It’s a 2009 Hyundai Sonata. All I need to do is have someone put new wheel bearings on my car or somehow get the studs out and replaced to pass inspection. If it’s the latter I would rather have it done where it can get inspected right away cause I’m not tryna pay for something rigged and it still doesn’t pass inspection. I have a card, cash, Venmo to get it done. I can be in as early as tomorrow afternoon.
