I bought 4 baby silkie chicks, unsexed, but I took a chance. Two of them are crowing, so my guess was 50% correct to achieve egg layers. However, as a city girl with two furry country boys we need to either move or find a forever country home for the boys. I refuse to move my grand piano again...easy decision. They are 3 months old and adorable. I am attached to them, but it will be easier to move them than this house, etc. Can only be adopted as pets, not as dinner.
