Outdoor Athletic Conditioning Class with Equinox for Lincoln Park's Fall Health & Wellness Weekend!
Join us for a complimentary 45-minute full body (bodyweight only) workout to improve your strength and cardio endurance. Class is designed for all athletes and levels.
Outdoor Athletic Conditioning is taught by Equinox Lincoln Common. The workout will take place outdoors on the plaza at Lincoln Common. It is recommended to bring your own mat.
This class is part of Lincoln Park Health and Wellness Weekend. It’s more important than ever to find ways to stay fit and healthy, so step out into the neighborhood for the Lincoln Park Health & Wellness Weekend on Saturday, September 25 and Sunday, September 26. Please note, registration is required and limited. Class registration will close at 3:00 p.m. on September 24. If space is available, you can check-in onsite day-of.
