Join Mel for a hour of yoga with live acoustics by Brian at Beach Haus Brewery. A portion of proceeds will benefit The Plastic Wave Project. Join Mel for 1 hour of vinyasa yoga open to all levels and experience. Brian Wildeman will be playing live acoustics during class. After class enjoy a complimentary beverage & a chance to connect with other locals. This is a great opportunity for anyone, no experience required. Bring your own mat and other yoga props that might help assist your practice (blocks, an extra towel/blanket for knee support, etc). A portion of proceeds will benefit The Plastic Wave Project, a nonprofit on a mission to protect our planet & it's people from plastic pollution.
