Seeking to be trained on tire machine and wheel balancer in new shop

Starting a new shop that will be using wheel balancer and tire machine. We've been able to figure it out with YouTube but willing to pay someone to come and train us properly with real experienced knowledge. Retired tire guy? Been in the business awhile? Someone who knows the tricks of the tire trade including current wheels. Willing to pay $150 for 3 hours of live application training. We will have some rims and tires ready to be trained on. Machines are older style from 2007
