It's Wine Dinner Season yet again!! DISH is teaming up with the amazing Barrister Winery out of Spokane to kick off the 2021-22 season! Please come and join us Wednesday, October 13th for our first wine dinner of the season. Early fall flavors paired with the amazing wines from Barrister is going to make one heck of a night! Make sure to book your tickets fast as this will sell out fast. Please help us make these wine dinners a success. Please be sure when signing up for the wine dinners that you truly have intent on coming. Please cancel at least 72 hours before the event if you have a conflict with attending. **If you are sick, we appreciate you calling us and canceling no matter how close to the event we are. Doors OPEN at 6:00 pm; if you plan to come by for a cocktail before the dinner, please do so between 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm. Dinner will begin at 6:30pm. Cost is $99 per person, plus tax and gratuity. If you have certain people you would like to sit with during the event (single reservations will be grouped together unless otherwise noted) or if you have any dietary requests, please email [email protected] with your requests. We will do our best with dietary requests, but some things can not be changed so let us know and we will be happy to try and work with you. Check out the menu: BARRISTER SAUVIGNON BLANC Citrus butter poached wild alaskan halibut cheeks, sweet potato tater tot, meyer lemon brown butter, and crisp sage BARRISTER SANGIOVESE RED MOUNTAIN Charred and smoked organic whole carrot with roasted garlic hollandaise, pickled mustard seed, beet-horseradish foam, and pumpernickel croutons. BARRISTER ROUGH JUSTICE Bourbon braised pork belly and pecan-maple pulled pork, bourbon jus, and shaved brussels sprouts with bacon. BARRISTER CABERNET FRANC Espresso rubbed hanger steak with black pepper goat cheese puree, roasted fingerlings, red wine reduction, and frizzled leeks. BARRISTER PETITE VERDOT Caramel apple galette with smoked chardonnay sea salt, caramelized apple cider, and Chantilly cream.
