We are seeking an Organizer, Junk Remover, Installer/Assembler to become a part of our team! You will assist with the organization and clean up of our customers' residential garages. Responsibilities: - Assist with the installation and assembly of garage storage shelves, overhead racks, and other wall storage systems. - Vacuum, dust, wipe and mop entire garage. - Lift and move a variety of garage related items sometimes in excess of 50 pounds repeatedly. - Assist in organizing customer's garage in a way that is functional and meets the customer's goals and expectations. - Assist in the loading and unloading of trailer at landfill or donation center. - Assist in the loading and unloading of equipment out and into the company truck and/or trailer. - Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: - Previous experience in cleaning, moving, organizing, assembling and installing would be a plus. - Familiarity with basic tools needed to assemble and install garage organization products. - Ability to handle physical workload. - Ability to work outside in the high Houston heat for hours at the time. - Ability to work well in teams. - Ability to prioritize and multitask. - Ability to pay attention to detail. - Ability to follow directions. - Ability to understand the customer's needs and perform the job accordingly. - Ability to treat each customer with the utmost respect and go above and beyond to meet their expectations. - Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
