Full time maintenance needed for local apartment community. Candidate must possess superior customer service skills as well as the ability to work as a team and with little or no supervision. Responsibilities include but are not limited to after hour on call for emergencies, basic plumbing and electrical skills, drywall repairs, HVAC and curb appeal. Computer skills are helpful, hand tools and reliable transportation required. Must pass background check. Benefits, PTO, 401K. $17.00/hour.
