Child Care, problems and solutions?

I have been wondering why this community ; this nation has issues regarding child care. It is not lack of caring for the need but how to solve the need.. The need cannot be answered with money though that is important for the safety and caring of the child and paying good people for what is both a rewarding and taxing endeavor. There are two locally largely empty churches in my neighborhood. I know nothing about rental costs for the building + overhead costs. I think with creative minds a solution could be found.. An idea only...... Many churches in any neighborhood in town sits empty most days of the week. Could local church space be opened as child care facilities directly in the neighborhoods of the working mom and dads? How to staff and affix working/volunteer services to deeds done for the entire community? Could sufficient charges be assumed by all that wish child care allow proper hiring, materials and safety? I am open to ideas ; any ideas?. Best way to communicate is the sharing of ideas. Phone calls are o.k.
