Please join us at The Serena Vista Lawn (also referred to as "The Cove") for this outdoor yoga class.
Gentle Flow is an hour-long Level 1-2 class that links movement to breath. The instructor will guide you through a series of postures that flow from one pose to the next. Expect the first half of class to build a little heat in the body which will provide a healthy challenge your strength and balance and the 2nd half will cool you down with some deep stretches.
How to Prepare:
Wear comfortable clothing you can freely move in and be prepared to sweat. Please arrive 15 minutes before class. Bring a bottle of water , sunscreen, and a towel. You are welcome to bring your own mat, or use a mat provided by the hotel.
